Vervang wyn in geregte met...

Replacing wine in savoury dishes
(Dis nou vir daardie dae wat jy nie wyn in die huis het nie...)

1 cup (250ml) White Wine - 1 cup (250ml) Chicken Stock plus 1 T (15ml) lemon juice
1 cup (250ml) Red Wine - 1 Cup (250ml) Beef Stock plus 1 T (15ml) red wine vinegar (it has no alcohol in).
